Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the WMH (Workshop Marketing Hub) platform provided by ADAS Line Limited, trading as Autoclicks, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17121507) with its registered office at 37 Bedford Road, Northampton NN1 5NG (“Autoclicks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

WMH is a marketing platform for automotive workshops. Depending on your plan, the Services may include an automatically generated website, managed advertising campaigns, a workshop dashboard with booking and performance analytics, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts

To use most features you must create an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate onboarding information, as the quality of your generated website and campaigns depends on it.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial during which we build your website on an autoclicks domain so you can review it before committing. Trial features and duration are described at sign-up and may change. We may end or modify a trial at any time.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may change our prices with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.

We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. If we register for VAT, we will tell you before VAT is added to your fees.

5. One workshop per postcode

Certain WMH features operate on a one-workshop-per-postcode basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain this exclusivity within the platform for active subscribers in their designated areas, but we do not guarantee exclusivity outside the platform or against third parties.

6. Advertising

Where your plan includes managed advertising, you authorize us to create, run, and optimize campaigns on your behalf, including through third-party platforms such as Google Ads. You are responsible for any advertising spend as agreed in your plan. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volumes, or return on advertising spend.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide, such as your logo, images, and business information. You grant us a license to use that content as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by using them for unlawful purposes, interfering with their operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using them to publish false, misleading, or infringing content.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we provide them on an “as is” and “as available” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoclicks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
